Rohit Dayani

i’m a generalist at heart and gtm engineer by trade. i build launch systems, growth loops and clearer stories for technical products.

i dropped out at 18 and started the sidepath. that decision came from the same instinct that still drives a lot of my work: if the obvious path feels too crowded, i’d rather test the harder one that feels alive. sidepath became cohorts, students, a team and a very practical education in getting people to care.

since then, i’ve worked across growth, distribution, narrative, ecosystem strategy, market systems and gtm. these days, a lot of that sits around flare, a layer 1 blockchain and the broader problem of making infra products easier to understand, trust and use.

i care about work that adds up: good products, good people, clear thinking and solving problems with energy. long-term, i want to make a useful dent through technology, the internet and whatever comes after both. outside work, i’m usually listening to music or training.

p.s. i take the work seriously, not myself. usually.
